A well balanced crisp blanc de noir sparkling made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the Pommard block on our estate vineyard.
Made in the Methode Traditionelle way and resting on its lees for over 24 months, great care and time was spent into producing the complex and refreshing flavours of this sparkling wine.
Suited for all occasions, this wine will certainly be a crowd pleaser and is almost too easy to drink!
